Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi First Look Out! Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha & Others Make Alluring Courtesans & They’re Epitome Of Grace

 Ted Sarandos, co-CEO of Netflix, and the acclaimed Indian filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali met in Mumbai to discuss the evolving fields of Indian and international storytelling, the changing tastes of audiences, and the effects on viewing habits around the world. With the stories of courtesans and their clients set against the turbulent backdrop of the Indian liberation war in the 1940s, the series investigates the cultural realities of Heeramandi, a glittering area. Heeramandi promises Sanjay Leela Bhansali's signature style of larger-than-life stories, intricate and soulful characters, and rippling dynamics of a world rife with conflict during a defining time period for India. It is a mixture of love, betrayal, succession, and politics in the kothas (house of courtesans). Heeramandi will contain distinctive compositions and music that stick with the audience, exactly like the auteur's other works.
