Selfiee: Akshay Kumar Breaks Guinness World Record For ‘Most Self-Portrait Photographs’ By Clicking It In 3 Minutes

 Actor Akshay Kumar has a huge fan base all over the world, therefore as a special thanks to them, he has gone ahead and achieved the unthinkable: he has broken a Guinness World Record record! Today, Kumar surpassed the record held by Guinness World Records for the most selfies (selfies) taken in three minutes.


This achievement occurred at a meet-and-greet with fans planned in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to promote his next film Selfiee, which will be released on February 24, 2023. The celebrity, who is renowned for his disruptive antics and notable records, is currently the holder of the Guinness World Record for this unique feat with 184 selfies.

On January 22, 2018, while aboard the Carnival Dream cruise ship, Akshay Kumar beat the previous world record of 168 self-portrait photos (selfies) taken in three minutes by James Smith (USA). Prior to this, Dwayne Johnson, a global icon and Hollywood actor, held the record with 105 selfies taken in three minutes at the San Andreas movie premiere in London in 2015.
